Now that you’ve made the decision to start working out, you need some basic fitness tips to keep you motivated.  Start slowly is the first important fitness tip.  You need to start slowly and build up to more advanced moves and longer workouts.  You do not want to push your body too far too fast.  If you do, you are more likely to cause an injury or damage to muscle and ligaments.  Instead, start with a basic 30-60 minute workout that allows you to do both strength training and cardiovascular work.  The combination of both types of exercise is important, but something that many fitness tips overlook, instead emphasizing one form of exercise or the other.

If you are not new to working out, there are still fitness tips you need to keep in mind to keep your body strong.
