  • Thiamin is helpful in promoting healthy nerve function. A handful of sunflower seeds or a bowl of pasta will suffice.

  • Vitamin B12 helps your body work with other vitamins to combat stress. Tuna, crabs, and clams are great sources.

  • Vitamin B6 helps your body create serotonin, necessary for your body to cope with anxiety. Grab a banana or a mango when you're feeling anxious.

No food source can provide a magic remedy. However, the facts are indisputable. B-complex vitamins can actually help your body combat anxiety. It makes sense to make sensible food choices.
